Blue Cilantro's French Mediterranean and Asian fusion cuisine offers a variety of dishes that perfectly balance unexpected Caribbean flavours. Signature dishes include the shichimi spiced Yellowfin tuna, clay oven roasted jumbo shrimp and scallops with local greens and garlic aïoli. Open for Lunch 11am to 2.30pm, Small menu 4 pm to 11pm, Dinner 6pm to 10pm.
